African countries therefore need to
engineer transformation based on effective policies that will diversify
economies, create more jobs for the youth, reduce poverty, and speed up
sustainable growth. Transformations should make growth more inclusive, improve
social development to create equitable wealth. Countries should start looking
at social economy as real alternative to compliment sustainable development and
growth. Sustainable development and growth will be impossible/unachievable
should high rate of unemployment among the youth continue to exist.
